A. Administration, in conjunction with the Professional Committee, will create a professional development plan using district-wide student assessment data and staff needs assessment data. The professional development plan will be presented to the Board for approval by June 30. The professional development committee and director of professional development have developed the professional development plans and will be prepared to present to the board in June.

B. Support staff will participate in industry-specific professional learning based on annual needs assessments and performance evaluations. Support staff evaluations are being completed and those evaluations will guide the industry-specific professional learning to be in place in 2023-2024,

C. All staff are properly trained on our technology systems (SIS K-12, MUNIS, Google) Yes, this training is in progress and should be complete by end of contract year. It will also be in place for the beginning of the 23-23 school year.

D. The local board and the superintendent engage in professional learning designed to improve governance practices. The board has participated in study sessions to increase their understanding and to improve governing practices. Board members are completing professional learning activities to earn board member credentials. The superintendent attends and presents at numerous professional learning opportunities throughout the year.
