We are currently addressing issues.

Access to career connected experiences that include solving authentic problems working in professional environments, and engaging in curriculum developed with industry professionals (TL3B) The internships are reflected on this document; however, Internship Coordinator will update the information for Innovation. The percentages are based on the school's total enrollment and are as follows: McCluer - 28/969 = 2.8% McCluer North - 11/984 = 1.1% STEAM High - 3/420 = .7% Innovation - TBD Students have access to NAF, St. Louis Internship Program for 23/24, BPL internships. In middle school, students engaged in career fairs this year.

C. Implements broadly based middle school career awareness and exploration programs, which align with high school and career center curriculum (TL3C) Each school has career awareness and exploration programs at a minimum for the 22/23 school year. More specifically there are programs such as career fair, STEM Breakfast, TSA and Esports. For the 23/24, we are recommending two electives for students in middle school which allows for more exploratory courses that will allow for career exploration. See Attached.

G. 100% of FFSD students develop their ICAP by 8th grade. The ICAP is continually monitored and completed by their grade level benchmark throughout high school for 100% of FFSD students.
