Goal 14. All employees will demonstrate growth while participating in an effective evaluation process based upon clear, written, and measurable targets that are aligned with the vision, mission, and goals of the district.

Indicator Progress Milestones
A. Certified Staff will receive performance-based evaluations that are aligned to 5 CSR 20-400.375 and include student performance indicators. These evaluations were completed by April 14 and Jen Kraisan keeps a list of all principals and the status of their evaluations.

B. Education Support Personnel will receive performance-based evaluations that are aligned to their appropriate job descriptions and duties. These evaluations are to be completed by end of June 2023.

C. Superintendent will receive an evaluation based upon clear, written, and measurable targets that are aligned with professional educator leader standards and school system performance measures. The superintendent has completed his annual evaluation with the board of education and is collaborating with the board to revise goals and indicators for the 2023-24 school year.

D. All staff groups will receive the appropriate training in order to participate in their assigned evaluation system. Staff group evaluation training will occur in May 2023 so that completion of evaluations can occur by June 30, 2023
